Something Everyone Should Know

Make sure you know your rights so that you are armed to competently stop abuse before it starts. Be sure to request on first contact by phone that they cease and desist any and all communications by phone effective immediately so that all communication is in written form. They are far less likely to subject you to harassment and abuse and if they do, you have proof of their violations.
