Garden update, Bokashi update, Fried Green Tomatoes I started classes on the 18th and have gotten so behind in the garden. We also went away for a week the beginning of August which really put things behind. So far I have processed 100lbs of tomatoes, filled the dehydrator 3 times with beans and once with squash. Also fried up a lot of fried green tomatoes for the freezer. I am blessed with an abundance of produce from the garden. It will sure be good this winter:)
