Emmy Award Winning writer/producer Jeff Nimoy began the popular blog CookingCaveman.com after accidentally discovering the Caveman Diet, also known as the Paleo Diet. Jeff’s blog shares his Caveman friendly mouthwatering meals and spreads his message that “Dieting Does Not Mean Deprivation!” He also founded SamePlate.com, a free online dating site that matches people by the food they eat (or don’t eat). Before launching SamePlate.com and becoming a Caveman, Jeff Nimoy wrote, produced, and voiced comedy segments for NFL Films, and has enjoyed a long career acting, writing and voice directing for anime, with such notable classic shows as “Digimon,” Disney’s “Stitch,” “Trigun,” and “Naruto.”
